Flyers Make Playoffs, Face Ovechkin
So the Flyers have clinched a playoff spot and improbably finished in 6th place. That means they'll face the Capitals Friday in the first round.
Do they have a chance. How do you see the series playing out?

This was the best case scenario. The capitals are a lot like the flyers and will go through similar problems adjusting to the playoffs. Both teams best players are young and inexperienced.
If Stevens can not find a way to have Coburn or Timmonen on the ice (or both) for every single one of AO's shifts, he should be tarred and feathered*. If I see Modry of Jones on the ice when AO scores I will explode. Also, anyone else think that starting Cote over someone like Upshall or Downie is not a good idea?
*It never really occured to me the brutality of this form of mob punishment until I saw it on "John Adams". But it was no less brutal than seeing Modry's ice time from this weekend (23:17 TOI Sunday -30 seconds less than Timmonen and almost 5 minutes more than Coburn!). Worked this weekend, but won't against AO in the playoffs. Coburn and Timmonen are the only ones who can skate with him.
