Rams Drop Game One
Three first period goals by the Bandits were too much for the Rams to overcome in a penalty filled game one of the Wintersport CML Championship.
The Rams were jumped on early as the Bandits scored just fifteen seconds into the game. By the time the Rams had gotten their equilibrium they were down 3-0.
The second period was a parade to the penalty box as the majority of the game's 18 penalties were called in the middle stanza.
The Rams tried to make a go of it late but couldn't pull it closer than 5 to 3.
Game two is Wednesday night at 8:20. Thirsty Goalie will be providing the refreshments.

Guys,
I was glad to drink a few beers with everyone for the last time of the season yesterday. Unfortunately I have a dinner committment for work that I cannot avoid on Wednesday and I will be in North Carolina from Saturday through Saturday. I'm disappointed to miss the next two games, but I trust the Rams will bounce back and pull out this series. I'll see you guys out at spring league and Thursday night skates. Bring home the cup.

Sorry boys, I too have a dinner Wednesday night. May be eating with Shoup. Good luck, I'd really to play Sunday though.
