Sons of Different Countries

Who is the only father son combination where each played in a major international tournament for a country in which they were not born?

Yan Stastny and his father Peter are the only pappy/son combo to play in an international tournament for a country in which they were not born. Yan was born in Canada and played last year for the US at the Worlds and Slovakian born Peter played for Canada at the 1984 Canada Cup.
