Spring League Entry Form

Below is the spring league flyer. The league fee may go down if there is a larger than expected draft pool (i.e. over 70). Jon will be starting a spreadsheet of who is playing, so get back to him soon because he has to order jerseys etc. Jeff will have copies of the flyer to hand out tonight at Melody Brook.
