Rams win on “Flood” of Emotion

The Rams broke the ice in the A-league this Sunday with a 3-2 win against the Thunder. It was a mostly back-and-forth affair for the first two periods. Shoup tied it at 1 and Amos tied it at 2.  And then came Flood who picked up a loose puck at the top of the defensive zone. He carried it and a defenseman down the ice stuffing the puck past Haligan and dropping the d-man in the crease. It was 3-2 heading to the third. Angry Goalie shut the door and coach got to keep his job. Tune in next Sunday as the Rams play the Penguins at 6:10.
